Don’t miss our Wings & Wheels Fly-In on November 11, 2023!
Gates open at 9:00 AM! There’s never a charge or fee for entry, but donations are greatly appreciated and all proceeds go directly back into building and maintaining the Pioneer Flight Museum! This event features vintage and antique vehicles and air craft as well as living history displays, food trucks, and other vendors – you won’t be disappointed!
Check out our new antique hit-or-miss engine display. The museum currently has 4 running engines and a newly restored Maytag gas-powered washing machine.
We have ample space to display your engines as well. Please contact John Rutz at 830-237-3076 for more information.

Welcome to the Pioneer Flight Museum, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and reproduction of aircraft and historical ground vehicles from the beginning of flight to the early years of WWII. We are a living history museum, and keep as many of our aircraft, vehicles, and artifacts in working order as we can. Download a PDF Membership application and join us! Donations are also gratefully accepted!

Next volunteer work day will be on September 16, 2023
